My last Selfie Session for the year =)
juicing and excercise… for 13 days…. so far… i did it because i wanted to shed a few pounds but after i learned how amazing juicing is for you healthwise.. i was motivated for a whole bunch of other reasons.. health !! check it out.. join me.. by joining the reboot =)
My skin feels so much better already…. i’ve lost 4 kilos so far .. not much but it’s an obvious difference (i think). but .. the biggest and best result.. my migraines have decreased and i have loads more energy.. yay!!
of course i also excercise atleast 10-15 minutes a day if i don;t have time for a full 45 minute workout….
we also have a vegan household so … cutting out the meat has been a huge help.
so on another note…..onwards with my 2013 Self Project !! =) excited !!
This may not have too much to do with photography BUT because i love and appreciate YOUR support… I think the best thing i can do to return the favour is motivate you all by living healthier lives… =) what better time than the start of the new year…
I encourage you ALL to start reconsidering what you put into your body and how you treat it =) it is your vessel…take care of it.
